Exchange is only applicable if:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- You inform us within 7 days of receiving the item via WhatsApp or email.
- The item was not purchased from the sale or discounted section (sale items cannot be exchanged).

- We offer a one-time exchange policy. Items received in exchange cannot be exchanged again. If an item is sold out, a credit note can be issued.
