Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange is only applicable if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • You inform us within 7 days of receiving the item via WhatsApp or email.
  • The item was not purchased from the sale or discounted section (sale items cannot be exchanged).

In-store Exchange Option:

  • You can also visit our boutique for an in-store exchange within 7 days, provided the item is in original condition with all tags attached.

Please note:

  • We offer a one-time exchange policy. Items received in exchange cannot be exchanged again.
  • If an item is sold out, store credits can be issued.
  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches Ashiara, so please ensure it’s packed securely to avoid any damage during shipping.
