Exchange is only applicable if:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
You inform us within 7 days of receiving the item via WhatsApp or email.
The item was not purchased from the sale or discounted section (sale items cannot be exchanged).

In-store Exchange Option:

You can also visit our boutique for an in-store exchange within 7 days, provided the item is in original condition with all tags attached.
