All sizes follow standard UK measurements. Please check your body measurements before ordering. The size chart is based on body measurements, and necessary allowances have already been added for a comfortable fit.

Islandwide Delivery (Sri Lanka)
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 1–4 working days depending on your location.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link or update via SMS or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Please make sure to include your WhatsApp number for easier updates.

We want you to love what you wear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange is only applicable if:

• The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  
• You inform us within 7 days of receiving the item via WhatsApp or email.
  
• The item was not purchased from the sale or discounted section (sale items cannot be exchanged).
  

Please note:

• We offer a one-time exchange policy. Items received in exchange cannot be exchanged again.
  
• You are responsible for the item until it reaches Ashiara, so please ensure it’s packed securely to avoid any damage during shipping.
