We want you to love what you wear! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchange is only applicable if:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- You inform us within 7 days of receiving the item via WhatsApp or email.
- The item was not purchased from the sale or discounted section (sale items cannot be exchanged).
In-store Exchange Option:
- You can also visit our boutique for an in-store exchange within 7 days, provided the item is in original condition with all tags attached.
Please note:
- We offer a one-time exchange policy. Items received in exchange cannot be exchanged again.
- If an item is sold out, store credits can be issued.Store credits do not have an expiry date.
- You are responsible for the item until it reaches Ashiara, so please ensure it’s packed securely to avoid any damage during shipping.

Loved the dress.
Was afraid that the colour would run, as is generally the case with many Indian block print fabrics. It did very slightly (handwashed, using baby soap, as advised by sales lady). No shrinkage.
I highly recommend Ashiara. I love all the unique styles they offer and buy from them again and again.
